I got this for my son who is a gamer. he is on his PS4 for hours everyday. This is his 2nd PS4 they keep over heating so when I got this he put it on and his system has not been getting hot so hopefully this keeps him from burning it. he likes that he can charge his remotes on it . it is very convenient. it does not take up much room. It also has extra ports for charging more remotes or even headphones . It has 2 USB cables that you plug to the PS4 and that's how the base is powered. The PS4 fits on the base perfectly. I received this product for free for my honest and unbiased review.
