I really like these egg poach cups , these little things comes in very handy not only that you can poach eggs in them i also use them as dessert cup and they are so cute that you can place them out , everyone ask me what are they and i tell them that they are egg poach cups and they are amazed by that , when i use them i spray them so that nothing sticks to them . They are very flexible so that you can store them anywheres . They are very easy to clean them and they are microwave safe and dish washer safe a well . I love the colors because all the grandkids can choose which one they want by there favorite color . What makes them so much better is that cooking your egg in a poach pod is that it is less fat for you if your one that is watching your food for a diet . I really love them they are a must have .
